14 Days to Stronger Arms
This is a 14 day movement plan with Jolie to improve your mood & endurance, develop more upper body strength, and feel stronger! Jolie will coach you through video workouts to do at home. Each workout is only 10 minutes, however, you have the option to repeat the workout twice if you have the time & energy. This program is for EVERY fitness level. Jolie is accessible for questions and additional guidance if needed.
