This 10 minute workout is fun, gentle, and an excellent way to get started if it's been a while, or if your body needs gentle movement. You can also utilize this workout as an active meditation. Be mindful as you move your body, focus on your breath, and clear your mind! If you have the time and energy, do it two times in a row!
