Below is a 10 minute Yoga and Pilates inspired floor workout that will focus on your core.

Beginner/Low Impact 10 Minute Workout

This 10 minute workout is fun, gentle, and an excellent way to get started if it's been a while, or if your body needs gentle movement. 

You can also utilize this workout as an active meditation. Be mindful as you move your body, focus on your breath, and clear your mind!

Below is a 10 minute Workout focusing on toning your tummy! 
I recommend doing this workout after 10-20 minutes of cardio (step outside for a brisk walk or jog).
For an added challenge, do the workout 2 times in a row.
