High Knees: Alternate lifting your knees, adding a hop in between
Mountain Climber: In high plank, alternate bringing each knee to your chest.
Lay Ups: Lay down, extend your legs and arms out, then bring your knees in to sit up and stand up. Try not to use your arms for assistance.
