Jolie will coach you through video workouts to do at home. You will receive a PDF file with the link to all of the videos.Each workout is only 10 minutes, however, you have the option to repeat the workout twice if you have the time & energy. This program is for EVERY fitness level. Jolie is accessible for questions and additional guidance if needed.
