Welcome to the MOVE FOR 10 Movement with Jolie Della Valle- a 4 week exercise program that you can unlock one week at a time.
Each week consists of 7 different 10 MINUTE WORKOUTS to encourage, motivate, and guide you towards exercising & movement to feel your best mentally & physically.
You will explore a range of different movements and exercises, in addition to uncovering fun & different ways to build endurance, strength, and ultimately MOVE your body to feel your best!
At the end of the program I will teach you how to design the absolute BEST workout for YOU personally.
After completing Week 1, you will be able to unlock Week 2 (you will need dumbbells!)
