Each time I finish a workout I think, "Man, I'm so glad I just did that!"
It's a proven fact that exercise is a natural mood booster, (and even though I've been at this daily for 15+ years!), I'm still in awe with the mood boost I get after a workout.
It simply makes me feel better!
And, that's enough of a reason to show up day after day.
