Even if you attain a "perfect" body, or "perfect" whatever else--
you'll then find other new faults.
Perfection is your perception, so even if you are "perfect" others will still find faults
(even though "perfect" is motivated by our need to please or impress others, right?)
Perfectionism is a BIG waste of time & energy!
Giving your best effort towards tiny improvements, a little bit, everyday!
learning, observing, growing, understanding, and simply trying your best!
Not for others, but for YOU!
Not to be perfect, but to just BE

in all of your beautiful unperfectness!
